All The Best Movies And Shows Coming To Streaming In October. 'The Chair Company', 'Saquon'
NETFLIX
1. A House of Dynamite (new)
When a single, unattributed missile is launched at the United States, a race begins to determine who is responsible and how to respond.
It's Katheryn Bigelow directing Rebecca Ferguson and Idris Elba in a thriller. That's more than enough to get my attention.
2. The Ed Gein Story (new)
This shit always freaks me out but I know some of you gore freaks will love it.
3. Law Abiding Citizen
Such a simple, entertaining revenge story. I only wish it ended differently.

1. The Chair Company (New)
Follows a man who investigates a conspiracy after an embarrassing incident at work.
It's the newest thing from Tim Robinson so worth pointing out. I mentioned this on LCB but I am starting to feel like I need a new "thing" from him. Not sure if that means a comedic delivery or what.
2. Bring Her Back (new)
"A brother and sister uncover a terrifying ritual at the secluded home of their new foster mother."
This movie is absolutley fucked. If you're a horror movie or just want to get in the Halloween spirit, it's worth watching.
3. 50 First Dates
If the previous movie fucks you up, watch this to get your mood back up.

HULU
1. Atomic Blonde
I actually haven't rewatched this since theaters and it will be at the top of my list next month. Great fight scenes and awesome camerawork.
2. Barbarian
Cregger has established himself as one of the most exciting up and coming directors in cinema between this and 'Weapons'. This is a great movie for the spooky month.
3. Blade
Maybe it's only worth watching for this scene but I still like the OG blade. Snipes was so effortlessly cool.

PRIME VIDEO
1. John Candy: I Like Me (new)
Explores the life and legacy of the iconic funnyman John Candy, who died of a heart attack in 1994, at the age of 43.
Candy was one of the funniest and most charming actors of his era and I'm very excited to see a little look into his life.
2. Saquon (new)
Saquon Barkley's journey to Super Bowl glory with the Philadelphia Eagles, showcasing his resilience through injury and contract disputes as an elite NFL running back, and his unwavering character as a devoted father, husband, and friend.
Gonna be a ball-washing fest like most of these are. But enough Eagles fans read the site that I gotta throw it on.
3. Play Dirty (new)
An expert thief rolls out the biggest heist of his life in Play Dirty, an action-packed thriller from director Shane Black. Parker (Mark Wahlberg), along with Grofield (LaKeith Stanfield), Zen (Rosa Salazar) and a skilled crew, stumble onto a score that pits them against the New York mob in this gritty, clever caper.
I remember when Gooch and I were going over what was coming out in the back half of this year, we were shocked to see a Shane Black caper with Mark Wahlberg was hitting streaming. No buzz or anything. It's a talented enough crew and cast but my hopes aren't that high.
