The World Keeps Getting Dumber - We Now Have An 'AI Champions League Presenter' Becoming Popular, Need People To Have Brains Again
What in the hell are we doing here? I mean, these are all recent blogs:
And now we have it in the sports world. Meet Eysan Askoy, which pisses me off even writing those words:
[Source] - Football fans are falling head over heels for a glamorous new Champions League 'presenter'.
Turkish presenter Eysan Aksoy has supporters tripping over themselves to declare their affections in the desperate hope she will notice them.
But there's just one problem for the sea of would-be Romeos: She doesn't exist.
In seven months, Aksoy has amassed an Instagram following of 43,000, the sort of legion some hard-working broadcasters could only dream of.
What the fuck is happening to humanity? I know some parts of AI are inevitable, even if I don't understand it, but what happened to just being normal human beings? Instead we have people falling for this:
The fact that an AI fake presenter is racking up views and followers is the perfect sign on how dumb everything is these days. I don't know, maybe I'm a dumb blogger who misses the good old days of just ringing a doorbell to play with your pals outside, but this is a new low. This is a new low because everything is about to be AI and we all can see it coming. I do need people to know that if you're in Europe and watching Champions League, you have Eva Murati, a real person:
I also don't really understand the point of a fake presenter, who apparently also has people paying her (it?) money for 18+ content. Guys, you can see real people naked for free or even in person if you know how to talk. At some point, we need to get back to how the world is supposed to be. Real people telling me scores, real people commenting weird shit on social media instead of bots and no more AI models, actresses, friends, any of that.
What happened to everyone being scared of robots taking over the world? We're flirting with disaster here as everything progresses. Now if you want to tell me AI helps in the sense of giving you an answer to a question or like figuring out a recipe for dinner, fine, great. But everything else needs to stop. I grew up in a time where movies were made about robots taking over the world and we're just letting it happen. Talk to real people again, folks.
