Keep Jerry Jones Forever: Cracked Jokes About Rico Dowdle's 'Warning' During The Pregame, Cowboys Go On To Lose The Game And Let Dowdle Run For 183 Yards

There was a lot of talk about Rico Dowdle revenge, the comments about buckle up and everything along with that. We love revenge game narratives in sports and we all can get behind one when it comes to the Cowboys. Of course before the game, Jerry was cracking jokes: 

This right here is why we need Jerry Jones to be around the Cowboys forever. Who else would say this as an owner/GM? More importantly who else would say this and then have it immediately blow up in his face? 

Perfect. Jerry cracking jokes about being too scared to show up and the Cowboys dogshit defense showed up yet again. Even better was the loss. It still warms my heart to see the Cowboys lose in heartbreaking fashion, no matter how good the Giants are or what time of the year it is. Just the perfect outcome, especially with the warnings and jokes flying back and forth. You can't let the guy run for 183 yards if Jerry is going to mock the buckle up comments. You especially can't do it when your defense is already one of the worst in the league. 

Science needs to find a way to keep Jerry Jones around forever. I don't know want to know the Cowboys without him. We know he'll say whatever in front of a mic and camera, that can't go away.
