Sharks Head Coach Ryan Warsofsky Is So Fed Up With Their 0 Wins To Start The Season That He Said He'd "Give Up One Of My Children For A Fucking Win"

There's football guys and then there's hockey guys, and hockey guys are maybe a more intense level. I'm rooting for the San Jose Sharks now, I really am. People will tell you that every coach wants to win, but how many of them will give up their children for a fucking win? Not many, and you gotta feel for Ryan Warsofsky here.

I can't say I'm the biggest hockey fan, but anyone who knows the slightest of ball knows that the Sharks have been a laughing stock for what feels like a decade now. I don't even think they've been in the playoffs and they haven't even been close for at least like 5-6 years at this point. That's gotta eat away at every new coach they get and player on that team who knows they're destined for failure.

The bad news is that things seem to be getting worse. Yesterday an "offensively worded message" was displayed on the in-arena scoreboard in a 3-0 thrashing from the Penguins:

You gotta feel for a city like San Jose who will show up and show out if their team is good, considering it's their only major professional sport team unless you count those Earthquakes in the MLS. At least their fellas are cleaning up nice:
