Jessica Alba Heard All The Talk About Generational Talents, Reminded Everyone She's In That Group By Rolling Around The Australian Beaches In A Bikini

We know the NBA is back, because we all have the Internet and TV's. But, what struck me out when I was watching games last night is all this 'generational talent' talk. We throw it around too easily. I did a quick search and saw multiple generational talent players right now in the NBA or getting drafted next year. Generational talent should be reserved for the best of the best. You can't be a generational talent before you prove it.

So with that in mind, I remembered Devlin's fine blog:

A reminder of what a generational talent is. A reminder to go check out Jessica Alba's Instagram, where I saw this:

She's 44 years old. She's going on a 20+ year run that has kept all of us saying her name. That's a generational talent. She was in Deep Blue in 2005 when she was 21

Again, reminder of a generational talent at 44:

This is where I'm going to mix in more basketball talk with Jessica Alba. Kevin Durant is a generational talent. He's been around long enough to where his place in NBA history is defined. That said, even he hasn't been around as long as Jessica Alba. That man played for the Seattle Sonics and still in the tier behind Alba.

From Entourage to Fantastic Four, we salute you Jessica Alba. She's the definition of a generational talent. She's the reminder that we need to stop immediately putting players into that category.
