The Internet Has United In Hatred Of Golfer Luke Kwon Who Was A Tremendous Asshole At The Internet Invitational

I had never heard of the name Luke Kwon before he took the internet by storm for all the wrong reasons yesterday after the release of episode 1 of the Internet Invitational. For PFT to openly tweet something like the above means Luke was approximately 100000000000x worse in real life. He showed up late for his tee time and then was a complete dick (again, I wasn't there, I'm just doing journalism) to everyone. People involved in the event and viewers all expressed their opinions:

And so on and so forth. I'm not a pile-on guy, I just wanted to show a fair sampling of people's feelings towards Mr. Kwon.

Now, Kwon will probably say he was playing a heel character and blah blah blah. Or at least issue a reasonable apology....ehhhhhhh....

Let's just be honest here- shitty apology. I think a better statement would have been "I wanted to make a splash so I came in there with a plan to be a dick and it didn't really go as planned, my bad.". I don't know. Something that explains his dick head behavior. Or go 10000% heel and be like "I don't care about anyone besides myself, fuck all you". 

I do think every video series does need a heel component. It was interesting he chose to go against his own teammates instead of the other teams, though. Especially when PFT was hitting them balls good (golf slang). At least when Kirk goes at the other golfers, he wants to burn the houses down of his opponents and murder the parents of the guys he's playing against. It's called decorum.
