Myles Turner Returns To Indiana And Reacts To The Pacer's Video Tribute For Him In The Most Myles Turner Way Possible

After spending months speculating if Myles Turner would get a tribute video when he returned to Indianapolis, the wait is over, it happened. There it is.

Turner spent 10 seasons with the Pacers, so it should be a no brainer that he deserves something upon his return. I'm glad the front office learned from not giving Paul George a proper homecoming (even though he left the franchise in the dumpster.) Let the fans be petty, the front office should be the bigger man in that scenario. So, to avoid a PG 2.0 the Pacers paid homage to their former 11th pick of the 2015 draft, and Myles responded in the most Myles' way possible - dramatic theatrics.

Cringe. One time just be an adult. Smile, wave, and be done with it. It's performative shit like this that turned fans away from the Pacers former starting center. That's why people are booing. All the good will you built up was thrown out the window when you started playing victim and trashing teammates on the way out the door.

Well, well, well, if it isn't the consequences of my own actions. That narrative was started by you saying all the wrong things. I understand being frustrated with the Pacer's front office not paying you what you think you deserve, but don't take it out on the fans and your former teammates. It was the passive aggressive jabs, and lack of respect for the guys who just went to Game 7 of the NBA finals with you that got people upset. Not sure how Myles doesn't see that. Hopefully closing the book on this era means we can all move on, but with the drama that the Pacers vs Bucks brings, I don't see the bad blood going away any time soon.
