WATCH: This Bicycle Kick In The Middle Of A Blizzard, To Win A Championship, Is One Of The Coolest Goals Soccer Has Ever Had

It's a slow day out here and after a couple of days being locked in on football, I finally remembered this. A bicycle kick goal in the Canadian Premier League finals is fucking awesome. Correction - doing it in the middle of a blizzard is fucking awesome. It makes me forget that the team name is Atletico Ottawa. You're in Canada, you can't be Atletico, just like you can't be Real Salt Lake when you're an MLS team in Utah. Just bring back the sweet original MLS names. I want Tampa Bay Mutiny, Kansas City Wiz, Dallas Burn, New York/New Jersey Metrostars. You get the point.

I can't imagine trying to play in this either. Don't get me wrong, I grew up playing in some bad weather when it comes to soccer, but snow like this? Absolutely not. That ball hits you in the wrong spot and you're feeling that for hours if not days. I thought the cold rain in like late October would always be the worst, but then I saw this. This is by far the worst weather you could play a soccer game in.

I know this goal fucking rules because of the 120,000 like on it. You don't get that sort of action on a soccer tweet unless it's a World Cup, Messi, Ronaldo or Giusy Meloni. Instead we got the Canadian Premier League, which has only been around since 2019 according to my research (Google). Perfect goal though. Cool shit should be celebrated and that's what we're doing here.
