Another Week, Another Full Length Highlight Reel Of Embarrassing Plays For The Cleveland Browns
So the Browns lost by 3 scores at home to the 49ers today, and Myles Garrett got his 19th sack of the season. I could've written both of those sentences before the game even started. It's like the sky being blue and the grass being green these days. But another thing I could've written is how the Browns put together an impressive list of lowlights. Because the craziest thing about this franchise is that every single week, they find a way to show me something embarrassing and that I've never seen on a football field before. You'd think about 30 years, I'd seen it all with these guys. But like clockwork, they find a way to completely out do themselves. Here's our list of Plays of the Week:
#3: Muffing a punt in a close game leading to a short touchdown to put the nail in the coffin
#2: Game was already over, but on 4th and 26, Shedeur ran 5 yards and slid just 21 yards shy of the First Down marker
#1: Down 10-8 on a 4th and 1, getting cute and doing a snap to the Tight End for a sneak and fumbling it
And that's your post game review! We'll see you again next week with another laundry list of boneheaded plays, Myles Garrett sacks, and a Browns loss!
**Side note: not a good day for the Shedeur being a QB1 in this league crowd. It's the same problem it's always been: the dude doesn't make great decisions when it comes to holding onto the football, throwing it away, or taking chances. I'm not out, out by any means right now and he should continue to get the snaps over Dillon Gabriel who is clearly not ever going to be the guy….but if you're in, in you're crazy.
