Burt Reynolds On Charlie Sheen Being HIV-Positive: "He's Getting What He Deserves"

USA Today- Burt Reynolds, no stranger to self-inflicted woes, has no sympathy for others’ either, not even his friends. Reynolds, who was on a British chat show promoting his new memoir about his own past wild ways (he’s now 79), declared Tuesday that he has no sympathy for HIV-positive Charlie Sheen, despite his being the son of an old friend, Martin Sheen. “Charlie, I don’t feel bad for him. He’s getting what he deserves,” because of his longtime hard-partying ways with sex and drugs, Reynolds rasped on Loose Women. “If you’re going to misbehave like that, they’re going to get you.” Charlie’s dad, however, is a “very, very decent man and a dear friend of mine. I feel bad for him,” he affirmed. But Charlie? Not so much. “He deserved it. He misbehaved badly. Very badly.”

So Charlie Sheen definitely fucked a girl Burt Reynolds had fucked or wanted to fuck, right?  That’s the only explanation for this.  Jealously.  There’s no other reason for Reynolds to take Charlie to task like this publicly. I will say this, it’s laugh out loud funny. Maybe Burt simply doesn’t give a fuck anymore because he’s so old and knows he’s gonna die sooner than later. Might as well say what he wants cause his opportunities are running out.  He’s like your grandpa who’s slipping mentally and is on his way out so everybody ignores all the horrible things he says. Racial slurs and having zero sympathy for someone who is HIV-positive. Burt is saying what everybody is thinking though.  Like if there’s one actor in Hollywood who deserved to catch HIV, it is 4000% Charlie Sheen. “Deserve” might be a harsh word but it’s correct. If you had given me 100 guesses before the Charlie Sheen news broke on which actor has HIV, I would have 99 guesses left over. Sheen is EASILY the #1 pick in that draft. He’s the LeBron James of HIV in that respect. Lots of famous guys in Hollywood do a ton of drugs and fuck a bunch of chicks but Sheen took it too far. I can’t even imagine the nasty hookers he fucked. Woof. Ironically, Burt Reynolds is on tour pimping a book about his wild times as an actor. We’re all not so different.
