Fuherer Goodell Goes On TV Today And Says The Court Confirmed That His Judgements Were Based On Solid Facts
“We’re obviously pleased with the court’s decision. We think that was the right decision. They were very firm in their decision that that was within our authority and the judgments were based on solid facts. So we’re actually pleased with that, and we hope we can move on from there.”

FUCK YOU GOODELL! FUCK YOU! YOU FUCKING RAT! My blood is literally boiling right now. I was gonna try to make it through the day without talking about Deflategate because really there isn’t much to talk about until Brady files his appeal. But that smug son of a bitch, snake in the grass, Hitler wannabe had to go on Bloomberg and gloat and lie. To once again stand in front of the American people and act like we are the stupidest group of motherfuckers who ever lived. To just shovel shit down our throats and tell us it’s champagne. Did this cocksucker really say the courts confirmed that his judgements were based on solid facts? They did the exact opposite!
Virtually every single legal expert in the world has said it is almost impossible to overturn an arbitrator’s ruling. That only if the arbitrator is so clearly biased, evil, vindictive can you even think of getting a reversal. Almost all cases are unanimously awarded in favor of the arbitrator. The 2 judges who agreed with the NFL basically echoed that sentiment. They said they agreed with Goodell because the CBA gave Goodell Stalin like powers to literally do whatever the fuck he wants to do. He could have suspended Brady for life if he felt like it because he didn’t like his haircut. Once the players gave the owners the power there was nothing they could do to stop him. Al the rules of society and America were thrown out the window. No more due process. No more innocent until proven guilty. No more civil liberties. Everything that every American takes for granted no longer applied. That’s what 2 of the 3 judges said. That is virtually impossible to overturn an arbitration hearing no matter how gross the misconduct by the arbitrator because you agreed to it.
But despite how black and white arbitration rulings tend to be Goodell’s blatant misconduct was so egregious that a 3rd judge actually said the ruling was corrupt. That means 2 out of the 4 judges who have looked at this case have done the impossible and have actually sided with Brady. That’s how outrageous the misconduct is. Here is what the dissenting judge said about Goodell.
“The Commissioner exceeded that limited authority when he decided instead that Brady could be suspended for four games based on misconduct found for the first time in the Commissioner’s decision,” Katzmann wrote. “This breach of the limits on the Commissioner’s authority is exacerbated by the unprecedented and virtually unexplained nature of the penalty imposed.” I am troubled by the Commissioner’s decision to uphold the unprecedented four-game suspension,” Katzmann wrote. “The Commissioner failed to even consider a highly relevant alternative penalty and relied, instead, on an inapt analogy to the League’s steroid policy. This deficiency, especially when viewed in combination with the shifting rationale for Brady’s discipline, leaves me to conclude that the Commissioner’s decision reflected ‘his own brand of industrial justice.'”
And yet Goodell says the courts confirmed his judgements were based on solid facts? If Goodell had even an ounce of integrity which he clearly doesn’t he’s openly admit this was a bag job and that he has lied from Day 1. That the courts ruled he can do whatever he wants, end of story. That’s what happened and everybody knows it. It has nothing to do with deflating footballs, competitive advantages or the truth. It’s just about him flaunting his power and showing the world that he is the last true dictator.
