Buddy Ryan Passes Away At Age Of 82
If you watched the ’85 Bears 30 for 30 (one of the best 30 for 30’s) you knew Buddy wasn’t doing well. Sad to see him go, especially right before the season his two sons were going to be coaching together in Buffalo but not exactly shocking. Happy he was able to be a part of that 30 for 30, it was a tremendous testament to his legacy as a coach. We’ll never see a DC get carried off the field in a Super Bowl again, guaranteed. RIP Buddy.
PS
I’m not scared to admit I cried when Mike Singletary said goodbye to Buddy at the end of that 30 for 30. Now to think that was the last time they’d ever see each other.
