Wake Up With Dansby Swanson's First Major League Hit
Always a cool moment when a big name prospect gets their first major league hit. Certainly nice to get it out of the way in your first major league game, too. The question was raised yesterday of whether or not Dansby Swanson was called up to the major leagues too soon, as he not only skipped Triple-A, but wasn’t really tearing the cover off the ball at Double-A, either. But that’s just a matter of opinion for now. Time will tell if it was the right decision, and judging by how he looked at the plate last night, so far, so good. Congrats to Dansby on his first major league hit!
