James Corden Had The Viral Subway Singer On His Show And He Crushed It
Last week, this guy went crazy viral around the interwebs with everyone wiling out about his smooth, soulful voice. It was reminiscent of the “Man the golden voice”, the homeless man from a few years back who was discovered on the side of the road and then became the voice of Kraft. And because we’re all suckers for rags to riches stories, he’s going big time now, appearing on the James Corden television show last night.
I always am shocked how many good singers are out there that go forever without making it big. I’ve read about this concept a lot, the amount of pure luck that goes into getting discovered and making it big as a singer or actor. But that’s the beauty of it all, I suppose. And now Mike Yung could become a superstar, or he might get back to singing in Subways stations, who knows. Just good for him for making Reggie Watts cry.
