Such a classic get out of class move. Hey from one slacker to another I appreciate and admire it. “Dog ate my homework” is too elementary school, you already ran out of grandmas that “died,” you’ve been to way too many doctor’s appointments to be considered normal anymore without people starting to think you have some infectious disease. Time to get creative and hire a couple buddies to dress up in camo and real life foliage and hold some sniper rifles and pretend there’s a hostage situation going on next door. That’s next-level responsibility avoidance.

Some guy a few houses down snapped and barricaded himself in his house with an assault rifle, sounds like he took his wife and kids hostage too. Fortunately they got him (or he gave himself up) without any shots fired or anyone getting hurt
