The Final Trailer For The Next Wolverine Movie Came Out Today And I Am Officially Excited For It

I gotta say, there really is a chance that Hugh Jackman is going to go out like Michael Jordan in Utah during his final performance as Wolverine. Maybe not with the same highlights as his younger years, but a great and memorable performance nonetheless. Like I blogged at the time, the first trailer looked good but putting “Hurt” by Johnny Cash on in the background for any trailer is almost cheating. Plus they released this picture with the trailer which made it seem like the movie was trying to be artsy as fuck.

But this movie seems like it’s going to be a badass, gory Wolverine movie with a solid story and what appears to be an ass-kicking Adamantium-laced version of Eleven (probably without the psychic powers) beating motherfuckers up and down. I mean if this girl can deliver anything even close to the performance of Eleven in Stranger Things, I’ll be stoked. It’s not often that you can have a trailer for a Wolverine movie get me excited without at least 15 seconds of Wolverine tearing people to pieces. But here we are. OG Wolverine and Little Girl Wolverine turning a bunch of random baddies black and blue and red all over. Add all that up with this GIF from the first trailer and we have real potential here, folks.

AWESOME.

Also like I said in my previous blog, I am NOT okay with the UK trailers having more blood or curses in it. If I pay all this tax money to Uncle Sam, I want to hear Wolverine and Professor X wach drop an F bomb in my version of the Wolverine trailer as well (UK trailer below).
