Filling Your Wife's Car With Cement Because She Changed Her Last Name For A Supermarket Contest Is A Firm But Fair Reaction
Youtube- In St. Petersburg, a man was poured concrete with a car salon of his own wife, who decided to change her surname to win 50 thousand rubles in shares of the local supermarket “Verny”. The action consisted in the fact that 50 thousand rubles could be obtained by anyone who officially changed his surname to Verny or Vernaya. The man, judging by his words, intended to give a gift to his wife, but the woman’s irresponsible attitude to the generic name infuriated him. He drove the car to the store and filled the interior with concrete. It is noted that the car in this condition is still standing near the supermarket building.
As a husband, I understand where this crazy Ruskie is coming from. Once the rings are exchanged at a wedding, the husband is basically accepting that he is going to be the one taking L’s in the marriage until death or divorce papers do them part. It’s the reason this joke is told at every other wedding but always lands.
However, one of the biggest wins is being able to have your wife take your name. Again, in the grand scheme of thing it’s just one win in the ocean of losses that you will take for decades. But it is a nice W. So for your wife to take that win away in the name of 50,000 rubles (about $875) could definitely drive a man to fill his wife’s car with cement. And that is the definition of a loss/loss. All the money she got and then some will be going towards a new car and this dude will be sleeping on the couch for weeks if not months. But at the same time, a man’s got to have a code. No two ways about it.
(By the way, it took everything in my power not to blog “sup” to that bride).
