Report: Trump Secretly Changes Staff Assignments Given Out By General Kelly

NY Post — President Trump has sometimes summoned White House staffers to his private residence in the evening to change assignments given to them by Chief of Staff John Kelly – and then telling them not to let him know, a report on Sunday said.
The president also sidesteps the order and discipline Kelly has tried to impose on the West Wing by bypassing the regular scheduling of phone calls between staff and advisers that give Kelly control over the information he receives, the Wall Street Journal reported.
Friends of the president who make up an informal group of trusted advisers outside the White House have even turned to using First Lady Melania Trump to get messages directly to the commander in chief.

There is one adult in the room and he must be avoided at all costs. It’s all fun and games in the White House until General Kelly turns around, then you best be on best behavior. Eyes forward, posture up, ears perked. Good times, good times. Hanging is always fun but it’s infinitely more fun when you’re not supposed to be hanging. That extra hour at the bar while telling your girl you’re stuck in traffic? Might as well be skydiving with Emily Ratajkowski. What a rush. That’s the White House gang including Trump (allegedly) doing EVERYTHING they can to avoid General Kelly. Assignments? Phone calls? Messages? Avoid, avoid, avoid. Worst case, you go through Melania and hope he never finds out. Anybody but the General.
