As Usual, a Patriots Loss Brings Out the Media Haters

Patriots fans given a glimpse of the bone-black future: A time when self-absorbed Massholes — vicariously seeing themselves as mini Belichicks in workplace and life — awaken to an earth reality where New England gets throttled weekly and you must survive. — Marc Sessler (@MarcSesslerNFL) December 12, 2017
Patriots fans aren’t comfortable losing games in December. Let’s ponder how that might feel for the most dangerously self-entitled, self-obsessed fan base on the orb. How will they endure? Will they hang?

How quaint, small and shriveling it all becomes when your sports team suffers. Suddenly you aren’t the smartest human in your insignificant workplace. Suddenly your so-called takes don’t hold up earth’s infrastructure. What a stunner.

.
Good. Good. The hate is swelling in you now. I can feel the anger. Let the hate flow through you. With each passing moment you make yourself more my servant.
If there’s one true benefit to the rare late season Patriots loss, it’s that these angry little homunculi that have been in hiding reveal themselves. They smell Tom Brady blood and come out to feed, and that’s how we know who they are. Get a load of this little Fox Sports Max Kellerman wanna be Nick Wright. He probably spent weeks in the summer researching the ends of quarterbacks’ careers looking for examples to back up his molten lava take that Brady is finished, but he couldn’t put into use because the GOAT has been playing his ass off. Suddenly Brady has one bad game, on the road, without Rob Gronkowski, battling an Achilles issue, where his line got shredded like they were trying to block a grain harvester, and it’s the perfect time to strike.
Well done, Nick. This was it, alright. The end of the line. Brady is dunzo. It’s the only possible explanation. He’s exactly like a post-neck surgery Peyton Manning once he couldn’t take his wife’s HGH any more. Exactly. Like. Manning. It was fun while it lasted.
But declaring the end of the road for Brady is a time-honored tradition. It’s been said every game he’s ever lost it seems. Going all the way back to this little nugget, unearthed by @OldTakesExposed:
So if you want to be first to declare the winningest career in North American sports over, I’m afraid you’re 17 years and 217 career wins too late.
But really, the much better, more revealing take is this NFL Net squid. He’s certainly got us Massholes pegged. Self-absorbed mini-Belichicks? Yup. Dangerously self-entitled? Guilty. Self-obsessed? Roger that. If I were him though, I wouldn’t be talking down anyone else’s “insignificant workplaces,” when his is in flames right now thanks to all its biggest names running around sending dick pics and jerk off videos, molesting co-workers, inviting them to “cum to dinner” and asking if they squirt. This Patriots run might not last forever, but I wouldn’t bet against it lasting longer than the NFL Newtwork. We will endure. It’s your company that will hang.
