The Eagles Injured Reserve Would Beat Up Your Favorite Teams Injured Reserve

Could your team lose their best linebacker, their best special teams player, their most dangerous offensive weapon, their Hall of Fame left tackle and their MVP caliber quarterback? That’s what the Eagles lost in Jordan Hicks, Chris Maragos, Darren Sproles, Jason Peters and Carson Wentz. I don’t really know why Joe Walker is in the heavy hitters photo, but it’s a testament to the kindheartedness of this team to let him in the picture.

And do these fellas look beefy or what? Carson’s arms look like LaRon Landry. Jason Peters looks like if Wesley Snipes fell in some primordial ooze and came out with seven new layers of muscle on his body. It has to be immensely bittersweet for these fellas not to be playing but to be on the brink, but counter to what the Patriots do, I am happy that the Eagles keep them around the team.

Luckily for the Eagles, the fellas they have in uniform are pretty good themselves.
