What else is my brain lying to me about?

Everyone remembers the blue and/or gold dress. For many of us, it was the first time we’d seen evidence that our brain was capable of tricking us into seeing two different things in one image. It was everywhere.

Today, we learned that not only can our eyes lie to us, but our ears can as well.

By now, we’ve all seen the Yanny/Laurel video where different people hear different words, but this video takes it to a whole ‘nother level.

You expect the government, the church, and your girlfriend to lie to you. Not your brain.
