The Pat McAfee Show 6-28: Incredible Conversations
On today’s show, Pat, Nick, Digs, Todd, and Zito are joined by a couple of great guests for two incredible conversations. First, 11-year NFL veteran for the New England Patriots, 3 time Super Bowl Champion, 3 time Pro Bowler, former All-Pro, and member of the Patriots 50th anniversary team, former offensive tackle Matt Light joins the show from The Maid of the Mist to chat about his new vodka company, what it was like playing for the Patriots his entire career, who some of his toughest defensive assignments were, and what he thinks about the current state of the NFL (3:53-21:45). Also joining the show is 10 year NHL veteran and former All-Star game MVP, John Scott for one of the most hilarious conversations the guys have had. He chats about his disdain for Gary Bettman, what it was like being an enforcer in the NHL and why the position is vanishing, how he used to approach fights in games, what some of his future plans are including a book and new movie, and who he thinks the greatest NHL player of all-time is (28:39-45:08). The guys also discuss whether or not Kris Jenner could win the presidency, pay tribute to Bruce/Caitlyn Jenner as one of the greatest athletes of all-time, Pat learns that Alex Jones is not a comedian, and Zito takes another crack at an ad read. It’s a good one. Come laugh with us, cheers.
