The Chiclets Gang Gives Their Cup Picks And Canadiens Head Coach Marty St. Louis Talks Coaching, Career, & Caufield
The Stanley Cup Final is upon us at last. The Florida Panthers have been waiting 10 days for Game One tonight in Vegas as the Golden Knights are small fave in the series (-120ish). The Spittin' Chiclets crew offered their picks in the battle of South Florida vs. Sin City...
The Chiclets boys are going head-to-head with their spin-off crew from Game Notes. And don't forget that Game Notes Daily will air live at noon on game days. If you missed today's ep or want to rewatch it, here ya go:
I'm not only not hedging my Panthers 40/1 future, I'm pressing on Florida. Basically wheeled them tonight…
Episode 446 also saw the return of HHOFer, Stanley Cup champion, and current Montreal Canadiens head coach Marty St. Louis. I was lucky enough to attend the post-game Cup celebration inside the arena back in '04.
The Vermont Catamount talked about how coaching a youth team isn't all that different from coaching an NHL team because hockey is hockey.
He also spoke about coaching young players in this day & age and how old tricks don't work on the new dogs like they once did…
We got some great feedback on our chat with Marty so give it a whirl if you haven't yet. He's one of my favorite hockey stories ever: from undrafted to the Hockey Hall of Fame.
Also, I report that Peter Laviolette will be the next head coach of the New York Rangers…
Or else the shutdown skullet makes a return.

Tonight at 8PM, the Chiclets gang (sans Biz who will be on TNT) will be getting together for another livestream for Game 1. If you're watching the game, join us on your other device as we Beavis & Butthead the SCF. It's a good way to enhance your game-viewing experience and have some laughs while we enjoy Labatt Blue Light and Big Deal Brew.
If you're looking for some prop & parlay action, here are tonight's offerings via Chiclets…
