The Case

For more than three decades, Jennifer Fay's family has searched desperately for answers. What happened to Jennifer that night in November of 1989? Why didn't the Brockton Police investigate more aggressively? Why have people who know what happened remained silent?

In the penultimate episode of The Case, Kirk Minihane revisits the three-decade long investigation, the many false leads and dead ends, and the suffering Jennifer's family has endured since she mysteriously disappeared.

She was never seen again.

Three decades later, Kirk Minihane began investigating Jennifer’s disappearance as part of Barstool Sports' first ever true crime podcast. Minihane's investigation into Jen's case led him to Oconee County, South Carolina, where he discovered several suspicious deaths and more missing people.
