The residual heat will cook the Prime Rib to a perfect medium-rare. two hours, use a meat thermometer to check the temperature. If it is not above 130, cook the Prime Rib at 375 for 15 minutes to get it up to the right temperature to be like medium-rare. </p><p>Served with mashed potatoes, gravy, and green beans. </p></body></html>
