INGREDIENTS
-5 cloves of garlic
-2 jalapeños
-2 Tbsp chili oil
-1 sweet onion
-2 Tbsp ginger
-3 Tbsp habanero hot sauce
-1/4 cup rice vinegar
-1/4 cup brown sugar
-1/3 cup soy sauce
-Juice of 4 limes
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1/2 tea salt & pepper

METHOD

Blend all the ingredients together and place in an air-tight container with chicken.
