Cook in oven covered for 3 hours-Remove tin foil, paint sauce over ribs and continue cooking uncovered for 20-30 minutesTO MAKE SAUCE-Place a pot on med heat and add butter-Add garlic and ginger and cook for 45 seconds -Sir in 1/4 cup of dry rub-Add in vinegar and stir until sugar is dissolved-Add remaining sauce ingredients, reduce heat to low, and simmer until sauce thickens</body></html>
