It is officially Rough and Rowdy week boys and girls, and I could not be more excited for next Friday night. The atmosphere, the competitors, the sport, the commentary, it’s all can’t miss and I haven’t even mentioned our 2 main attractions.

1. The one man Thrillride aka Thrilly aka Thrilly Dilly.

The fact that this guy is stepping into the ring after a career in wrestling is unbelievable. Add in that he’s a domesticated father that has no reason to go toe to toe with the big bad German other than pride and honor makes for a great show. If you love our country, if you love a guy who can cut one hell of a promo, if you love scrambies and lifting weights, you HAVE TO root for Thrillride. And if I know one thing it’s that Thrillride will put on a hell of a show. The fight will be great, but the walk in and weigh in will be just as good. He’s a lightning bolt coming to Charlotte, ready to electrify the people of North Carolina and the tens of thousands watching at home.

2. Bill Burr

One of the best comedians in the game. A perfect fit to hop in the booth and narrate the mayhem Friday night. The best part about Bill Burr joining us on Friday is that it’s all organic. He was a genuine fan of Rough and Rowdy 1 and 2. He gets it. And his humor will be absolutely perfect matched with Dave on the mic. I’ve been researching all the fighters, getting a feel for the storylines so I’ll hopefully be able to add some context to the fight night broadcast but the main attraction is Dave and Bill Burr. Two guys that will bring their A game under the bright lights. You’re basically buying a live Bill Burr stand up show with boxing. That didn’t exist until this pairing and it’s something no other company is doing right now.
