MOVIES

1. Not Another Teen Movie (NETFLIX): This is essentially the godfather of early-mid 2000s parody movies, this one holds up better than basically any of those. Chris Evans still kills me.

2. Fear Street: 1994 (Netflix): This is the first part of a trilogy of movies based on the R.L. Stein property of the same name. All three are coming out in this month, and this movie was a fantastic start. Great if you are into slashers of above average quality.

3. Plesantville (HBO MAX): A Tobey Maguire, Reese Witherspoon and Paul Walker BANGER, this was one of my favorite TV cart movies in high school.

4. No Sudden Move (HBO MAX): This is a brand new crime thriller from Steven Soderbergh that has a killer cast including Don Cheadle, Benicio Del Toro, David Harbour, Jon Ham, Brendan Fraser and more. I'm watching later tonight, so I don't know for sure how it is. However, I'm hearing above-average things.

5. Judas and the Black Messiah (HBO MAX): This just came back to HBO Max after it's simultaneous release window expired. It is a phenomenal drama that showcases the insane acting skill of Daniel Kaluuya and Lakeith Stanfield, and it is more than worth your time.

6. The Terminator (HULU): One of the most iconic sci-fi movies ever made, chock full of action, suspense and one liners. If you somehow have never seen it, it's must watch. If you haven't seen it in a while, watch again.

7. Leave No trace (HULU): This will drop on Sunday, and it is one of my favorite movies in recent memory. Ben Foster is UNBELEIVEABLE, as is Thomasin Mckenzie in her breakout role.

8. The Tomorrow War (PRIME VIDEO): This is a sci-fi millitary movie that just dropped. I just finished it and it is not NEARLY as bad as I thought it would be. Think Edge of Tomorrow vibes with a higher budget. It's dumb as shit, but entertaining for sure.

9. Fight Club (PRIME VIDEO): Time to get your toxic masculinity on, baby!

10. The Sandlot (DISNEY+): It's the Sandlot. The perfect summer movie that is endlessly rewatchable!

SHOWS:

1. I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson (NETFLIX): The second season is dropping this week, so no better time to catch up. If you haven't watched before, It's qucik skit comedy that is fucking KILLER when it hits.

2. Hacks (HBO MAX): I finally got around to watching this and it rips. Great Dramedy work from Jean Smart and a very solid supporting cast.

3. Dave (HULU): I'm simply going to continue recommending this until the second season is done. Lil Dicky is a genius of extremely caliber and anything he does will be must watch.
