3x Stanley Cup Champion Patrick Maroon Thinks He Can Beat Me In A Marathon

This was a really fun interview week on The Stretch. Kicking off, we had 3x Stanley Cup champion Patrick Maroon on to talk about beating people up in the NHL for the last 15 years or so.

He also challenged me to a 26.2 mile race in Chicago this fall:

What an idiot! What a fucking idiot! Doesn't he know I've been the Chicago Marathon record holder for 8 years now???

Insanity, and that meathead thinks he can top it. Good one dude. I'm gonna absolutely COOK him after I get done dusting Captain Cons' ass in a 1 mile race in a few weeks.

Oh, and the torpedo bats finally came across my desk as well, as we had the CEO of Victus Bats, Jared Smith, on the show to talk about the bat's evolution, its legality and how/why it's taken the league by storm. Really cool convo, and it looks like the bats are here to stay, much to Portnoy's dismay:

Tune in, subscribe, see ya Monday, and have a great weekend you mutts
