Don't You Dare Think You're Going To Make Phil Kessel Get On A Scale If You're His Coach

On this week's Spittin' Chiclets we welcomed back one of our favorite guests for his second go-around, former Colorado defenseman John-Michael Liles. It had been almost four years since our first interview so it was great to catch up with him in person for our second one.

We asked him about a few things that we didn't get to in the first chat. Like being a teammate of Phil Kessel when their coach Randy Carlyle asked him to get on the scale.

Gotta love when guys go to their Kessel voice when telling Phil stories. Or when Phil 'threatens' to quit playing if he's not allowed to have his precious Coca-Cola. 

JML also had this cautionary tale about chirping teammates at the deadline.
