Things You Missed - Most Underrated Halftime Shows

I downloaded NBA League Pass when I moved to NYC because I knew going out to a bar and asking to put the Pacers game on just wasn’t going to happen. Quickly, I discovered the best part of NBA League Pass is they stream whatever halftime entertainment takes the court. The acts have ranged anywhere from Croatian dances to professional “Simon Sez” callers. Providing massive groups of people with family friendly entertainment for a show they didn’t even know they were coming to see is astonishingly hard. To entertain at halftime is another level of skill, so here is a tiny spotlight for some of the more underrated halftime acts.

Reviewing the Pacers halftime shows has taught me 3 things.

#1. There are a lot of underrated halftime entertainers grinding it out in the “halftime show circuit”.

#2. The Pacers budget for halftime shows is not a large.

#3. The United States does not want a war with Russia. Most of the halftime acts I’ve seen are Russian dudes with incredible upper body strength, and far too much time on their hands.
