Here we go EPISODE 2! This time around we're covering the Top 5 Ring Girl highlights, the best & worst of Spider's penchant for pure unadulterated violence in the RNR crowd, doing a RNR20 matchup preview with The Abel Brothers from their car, and talking with Lights Out Laing + Make It Happen over satellite before their Light Heavyweight matchup.

There will be a full RNR20 card preview coming on our episode next Thursday (right after I'm hosting the Four Loko Weigh-In at 7 pm live in Charleston, WV) and if you want an early look the fight card order is being released on @RoughNRowdy this Friday.
