Menu: 

  • Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon 
  • Corn on the Cob 
  • Small Yellow Potatoes 
  • Garlic Butter
  • Olive Oil
  • Ac'cent
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika

Directions: 

Corn

  1. Husk the corn and expose directly to the grill, adding spices (paprika, accent, salt, and pepper) and butter as you cook. 
  2. Cook until the kernels begin to blacken.  

Potatoes 

  1. Cut potatoes in half and place in a bowl with spices and olive oil. 
  2. Let potatoes soak for at least five minutes 
  3. Place Potatoes on a skewer 
  4. Cook on the grill until the potatoes golden brown

Steak 

1. Cook steak on a grill, flipping every two minutes until it reaches the desired temperature. 

  •  Rare (125°-130°F) A steak cooked to “rare” is very different than a “raw”. …
  •  Medium Rare (130°-140°F) A “medium rare” steak will be warm in the center. 
  • Medium (140°-150°F) A steak cooked “medium” will be mostly pink. … 
  • Medium Well (150°-160°F) …
