20 Dollar Chef - Sam Morril And Big Mac Tacos

Today on the 20 Dollar Chef, I have special guest, Sam Morril. Over the last decade Sam has been laying serious ground work in the comedy world.

Appearances on several Comedy Central shows, including a half hour special. He's appeared on The Late Show, Fallon, Corden, and several episodes on Conan. Recently Sam appeared on Showtime's "Billions" and in the Movie "Joker."

He's absolutely crushing life. When you're on a roll like this you sure as hell won't let a few No's stop you. Everyone pasted on Sam's special. So he said fuck it, and produced it himself with the help of a few friends. The special hit Youtube and was over a million views inside a month. That's huge. Strong case of hard work paying off.

I loved this special. I love the convo's he has with people and the situations he finds himself in. This episode is for guys and girls who might find themselves in wild situations from time to time. What if a two people have a one night stand and the next morning the women's in a bind, and asks the guy to baby sit? I figured if you've come this far, you might as well see it through. At least do it for story.

So today, Sam and I make Big Mac taco's. Sometimes kids ask for some random shit.

The Special sauce is the magic here. The rest is as easy as cooking can be. Ground beef and add some cheese. Cut some lettuce and if the kids actually like tomatoes, have at that too.

Special Sauce recipe:

- 1/2 cup mayo.

- 2 TBS relish ( I added more than this.)

- 1 1/2 TBS mustard

- 1/2 TBS BBQ sauce ( I also added more than suggested here.)

- 1 1/2 TBS apple cider vinegar

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

- 1/2 tsp onion powder

-1/2 tsp paprika

- 1/4 salt

Feel free to adjust and search other recipes here. Some add ketchup. Find your way and do that!
