20 Dollar Chef - Prosecco Sorbet Cocktails
Today on 20 Dollar Chef we continue with the weekend summer cocktails. Today, a Prosecco sorbet cocktail. Great drink to make for the ladies. Anything involving ice cream on a hot summer day is a solid move. Add vodka and Prosecco and you’re becoming the hero your friends didn’t know they wanted.
I went with a lemon and raspberry sorbet on this recipe. Feel free to get whatever flavors you’d like. I just lined up the flavors with the fruit. Having the garnish match the recipe is a good idea.
Scoop in your sorbet, pour in some vodka ( or not if you want to last longer that day.) pour in your Prosecco and add some garnish, showtime.
You can serve this with a spoon or let folks eat it as it melts. I would go spoon as it makes it more of an event as they eat and drink it.
